Certainly, here are some yoga exercises that can help improve eye health and relieve eye strain.

Palming:

Sit in a comfortable position with your eyes closed.
Rub your palms together vigorously to generate warmth.
Gently cup your palms over your closed eyes without applying pressure.
Relax and take a few deep breaths, allowing the warmth from your palms to soothe your eyes.
Repeat for a minute or two.
Eye Rotations:

Sit or stand comfortably.
Focus on an imaginary clock in front of you.
Slowly move your eyes clockwise around the clock, making a full circle.
Then, move your eyes counterclockwise to complete the circle.
Repeat 5-10 times in each direction.
Near and Far Focus:

Sit or stand comfortably with your arm extended, thumb pointing up.
Focus on your thumb for a few seconds.
Then, shift your focus to an object in the distance for a few seconds.
Alternate between focusing on your thumb and the distant object for several cycles.
Blinking:

Sit in a relaxed position.
Blink your eyes rapidly for about 20-30 seconds.
Then, close your eyes and allow them to rest for a few moments.
Repeat this exercise a few times.
Concentration Exercise:

Hold your index finger in front of your face, about 6 inches away.
Focus your gaze on the tip of your finger.
Slowly bring your finger closer to your nose while maintaining focus.
Then, slowly move it away from your nose, maintaining focus.
Repeat this movement a few times.
Up and Down Movement:

Sit or stand comfortably.
Focus your gaze on a point directly above you (ceiling or sky) for a few seconds.
Then, lower your gaze to a point on the ground in front of you.
Repeat this upward and downward movement of your gaze for several rounds.
