Yoga is a fantastic way to start your day and set a positive tone for the rest of the day. Here are some excellent yoga exercises (asanas) suitable for women to practice in the morning:
Sun Salutation (Surya Namaskar): A series of 12 flowing postures that stretch and warm up the entire body, providing an energizing start to the day.
Mountain Pose (Tadasana): This foundational pose improves posture, strengthens the legs, and promotes a sense of grounding and stability.
Child's Pose (Balasana): A relaxing pose that stretches the back and hips, helping to release tension and calm the mind.
Warrior Poses (Virabhadrasana I, II, III): These poses build strength and balance while enhancing focus and determination.
Triangle Pose (Trikonasana): A great stretch for the legs and hips, improving flexibility and opening up the chest and shoulders.
Forward Fold (Uttanasana): An excellent pose to release tension in the hamstrings and lower back while promoting relaxation.

Cat-Cow Stretch (Marjaryasana/Bitilasana): A gentle flow between two poses that improve spinal flexibility and release tension in the back and neck.
Corpse Pose (Savasana): A final relaxation pose to help you integrate the benefits of your practice and prepare for the day ahead.
Remember to focus on your breath during the practice, and listen to your body, especially in the morning when your muscles might be a bit stiff.
